The "Plombière" ice cream is an ice cream flavored with kirsch to which we add candied fruit, finely chopped and macerated in kirsch.
Milk rehydrated skim, cream , sugar, kirsch 4%, candied melons 5.4% (melon, glucose-fructose syrup, preservatives E202, E220 ( sulphites ), coloring E150a, E120, E133, acidity regulator: E330), dehydrated glucose syrup, egg , emulsifiers (mono and diglyceride d 'fatty acids), stabilizers (carob bean flour, guar seed flour, carrageenans).
